We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that Sitara SL. is a fully legal Spanish registered building company where all our personal are legally working and paying taxes, social and are covered by company insurance for all work in progress. We are one of the few fully licensed building companies, and as such all our work is insured against any defects for 10 years, as required by Spanish law.
As a Spanish Ministry of industry approved building company we are able to supply many other services such as ‘builders supply’ electricity. We are also fully certified corporate members of the English Guild of Master Craftsmen. Members of this guild are carefully vetted and adhere to a strict code of practice. The Guild of Master Craftsmen sets high standards for affiliation and only those builders and specialists who can demonstrate their skills and good business standing are accepted as members.

We have three offices in the area with both minor and major construction projects in progress. We are a financially secure company with assets of over 5 million euro and have our own team of time served craftsmen with an unrivalled expertise in Spanish construction techniques who look after all our site work.
WE DO NOT TAKE ANY UP FRONT PAYMENTS
For 22 years Sitara has gained a reputation as a professional building company with many satisfied customers. We pride ourselves on doing a first class job within an agreed time scale for a fair price. As we can call on unlimited resources, we are so confident of these claims we can offer yourselves as our valued customer the ultimate in guarantees: - We do not take any up front payments and payment is made in arrears of works completed, at your convenience and your satisfaction of completed works.
Once we agree a total price for the work and a starting date, we will then draw up a contract between Sitara and yourselves which will give you a full description of all the work to be carried out by ourselves, including any references to architectural drawings, sketches or correspondents. We will also give you a guaranteed completion time for the whole project.
WORK ETHIC
Our work ethic is to provide all our clients with the security and piece of mind that all work will be completed to the highest standards and in an agreed time scale and believe no other registered building company can offer you this level of guaranteed satisfaction. It is always advisable to get more than one estimate on any building work done to your property by a qualified and licensed builder. In the case of any illegal builders, they will have no insurance and you will not have any come back should things go horribly wrong. Remember, your home in Spain is a big asset, not something you would want to put at risk of cowboy builders.

Due to Sitaras 22 years experience in the Spanish construction industry we are able to offer many other types of associated works at very competitive prices such as air conditioning, alarm and CCTV installations, under floor heating, swimming pools, drives and patios, extensions, refurbishment, conversions, double glazing. We are also specialists in new builds, with a selection of building plots always available from 50,000 euro and the cost of a new build 2 bedroom villa from as low as 80,000 euro (in your plot) designed and built to your taste. We also have large plots of land suitable for development throughout Spain, including a plot near Fortuna on which up to 450 houses could be built and offers excellent investment opportunities.
