Sitara has over the years built up an excellent relationship with architects, the town hall planning department; the local police and many communities. We are usually able to swiftly navigate through the Spanish bureaucratic system and can often obtain licences and town hall approval for building work other building companies would find almost impossible.
We can offer specialist architectural services to legalize extensions built without planning permission and other problem cases, such as deeds with defects, deeds with only part of the property registered and houses not land registered. We can also arrange projects for electrical and plumbing installations with bulletins and aperture (opening license for shops and restaurants ect.) and legalise existing establishments.
