Based in San Miguel de Salinas, Sitara is a wholly owned subsidiary of San Miguel Leisure Complex S.L. The Managing Director, Mr Naresh Bhundia Taylor was responsible for building and still owns Cheers Bar and Restaurant at Eagles Nest, where he is credited with laying the first ever green bowling in Spain which is the home of San Miguel bowls club, he is also the main sponsor of the annual Spanish National Bowling Championships.
